MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
We have a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking HR professional.
As a HR Business Partner, you will use your positive attitude, extensive HR knowledge and solid communication and influencing skills to provide professional guidance to our Divisional teams to achieve our organisational objectives.
You will hit the ground running, forging strong partnerships with management teams to develop and implement the workforce aspects of the Trusts business plans. You will work with senior teams to provide excellent HR operational and strategic support.
You will need to have demonstrable customer focus and experience of leading on complex employee relations. Innovative in your approach, you will understand how HR adds value, you will develop effective solutions and fully engage with stakeholders.
You will be an excellent communicator and highly skilled at fostering constructive working relationships. You will also have significant demonstrable experience in HRBP roles in large, complex organisations.
