Description:
We’re looking for a motivated and driven Strategic HR Business Partner - Tech (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Senior Vice President Tech and managers in our Tech Department globally, providing guidance and support on all aspects of people management, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that support our business goals and promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Lead key HR processes such as performance reviews, merit cycle, talent assessments, succession planning, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational effectiveness, leveraging data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Act as a champion of our company culture and values, fostering an environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and supported.
- Partner with the global HR team to ensure consistency and alignment of HR policies, practices, and processes across all functions and locations.
- Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations in the countries where we operate, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
