Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Strategic Initiatives Manager to spearhead the growth of the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) segment across Europe. In this role, you will coordinate efforts across a cross-functional team aimed at scaling our successful Studapart model from France across Europe. The ideal candidate excels at cross-functional leadership and has a proven track record in delivering complex strategic projects. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Establish and drive the delivery of our objectives for the PBSA segment.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and executive leadership, to drive alignment and support.
  • Coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams, including:
  • Define key metrics and dashboards to monitor progress in PBSA
  • Create and track operating plans to set and cascade objectives across functional areas.
  • Identify product/customer experience gaps and define development roadmap.
  • Create PBSA go-to-market strategy (target audience, value proposition, marketing strategy, sales strategy, pricing)
  • Identify and implement changes to business processes
  • Drive execution through effective project and change management efforts.
  • Measure and report on progress and performance against plan.
