Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Strategic Investment Management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educatio
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years work experience in one or a combination of: leveraged finance, capital markets, private capital, private equity, investment banking coverage or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with evaluating and executing transactions related to both the private and traditional institutional markets
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong integrity, work ethic, and a team player. High level of initiative and accountability
- Ability to work independently or in teams and thrive in a fast paced, loosely-structured, entrepreneurial environment
- Financial Modeling experience
- Financial Analysis experience
- Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite-Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and organization, and ability to solve complex or abstract problems
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Business or related fiel
Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:
- Assist in identifying new private capital opportunities for both our direct investing business as well as third party capital advisory engagements
- Develop investor evaluation materials for capital advisory assignments and help manage investor outreach process logistics
- Develop financial models related to assigned new opportunities
- Complete due diligence requests, legal entity work, execution/closing processes, and other activities to prepare transactions for closing
- Identify risk and reward in investment opportunities
- Participate in the evaluation and ongoing monitoring of investments as part of a deal team
- Develop network contacts to help drive opportunities for business development
- Mentor and train less experienced staff

- Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire.
