STRATEGIC SOURCING ANALYST (Marketing)
As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Finance team at our Corporate HQ in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by creating a culture of continuous improvement with our financial systems, processes, and guidelines.
As an Indirect Strategic Sourcing Analyst at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by utilizing sourcing strategies and procedures along with Marketing knowledge to deliver optimal value to the organization. You will report directly to our Strategic Sourcing Manager and work closely with key business stakeholders.

What You’ll Contribute

• Inspire trust and build strong, positive, productive relationships with key business stakeholders in the Marketing sector; regularly collaborate with these stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination during sourcing initiatives.
• Assist, and in many cases, take the lead in managing various Marketing contracts while building a network of suppliers to meet the company’s needs.
• Proactively control contracts, projects, and orders, to identify and communicate potential risks.
• Use quantitative skills to analyze, validate, manipulate, and manage large amounts of data specific to support problem-solving, project and decision support, and trend analysis of multiple projects.
• Review quotes for accuracy, work with suppliers to negotiate the best pricing, and perform initial contract management and maintenance for clarity and understanding.
• Communicate insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making to stakeholders and within the sourcing team.

• High degree of ethics and integrity, in addition to exceptional analytical abilities
• Must have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant Strategic Sourcing or Marketing experience
• A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in IT hardware (desktop, servers, etc.), software (on-premises, SaaS, IaaS, etc.), and IT consulting/professional services contracts is preferred
• Experience and understanding of navigating all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
