Responsibilities:

WHAT DO YOU GET TO DO IN THIS POSITION?

The role of the Strategic Marketing Business Partner is to be the marketing lead: researching, developing, and executing go-to-market strategies for assigned BUs segment and sub-segments, capitalizing on growth opportunities for the zone. The role requires analysis and understanding of market conditions, value proposition development and the ability to create marketing communication plans to raise awareness, create demand and generate leads within the target segment(s), with focus on sustainability and digital transformation offers from SE and its associated software brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and deliver the GTM marketing strategy and campaigns.
  • Develop segment value prop and messaging, translating research and segment needs into business insights, with in-depth understanding of customers, competitors, solutions, and industries.
  • Coordinate and drive the overall landscape messaging and market requirements. Provide strategic direction to creative development, partner with marketing communications to deliver customer-facing programs and sales enablement
  • Manage reporting and analytics on all programs to measure success and return on investment.
  • Work closely with sales teams, ensuring buy-in and ownership for business development and customer acquisition within the assigned segment. Collaborate with sales to understand ongoing enablement needs and develop sales enablement assets to support the selling process.
  • Drive thought leadership, including the development of thought leadership for sales leaders
  • Lead marketing communication plans and events and coordinate with global segment marketing and commercial leaders to identify initiatives, portfolio gaps and influence the segment offer roadmap.
  • Project Management which includes managing budget and supporting exploration to achieve meaningful and timely outcomes
  • Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets and marketing KPIs
  • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
  • Vision for collaboration and implementation in a zone, cross-country level
