STRATEGIC MARKETING LEAD (AGENCY)

BubbleUP Marketing is seeking a Strategic Marketing Lead to join our vibrant and hardworking team. This role focuses on campaign planning, client satisfaction, and guiding the team toward strategic success. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll partner daily with marketing specialists and our sales team to deliver outstanding results.
Agency experience is non-negotiable for this role, as the pace and expectations differ greatly from an internal marketing position. While we provide a fun and balanced work environment, the role demands juggling multiple priorities and consistently delivering top-tier work. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver results in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.

Pay: $69,634.00-$77,826.00 per year
