RECRUITMENT MARKETING MANAGER
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Marketing Manager to elevate our recruitment strategies and attract top candidates. In this role, you’ll create and execute recruitment campaigns beyond traditional approaches—engaging prospective talent with creative storytelling and new marketing techniques. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR.
We’re growing our recruitment team and need someone with proven experience working in fast-scaling companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of creating recruitment strategies, taking initiative, and successfully building and leading teams through periods of growth. This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing or a related digital marketing role.
- Evidence that you’ve created cost-effective, data-informed campaigns that drive applications and increase brand awareness.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content creation, community management, and storytelling techniques.
- A track record of creating effective recruitment strategies that drive volume and quality of candidates.
- The ability to write instructional, informative and creative copy and to work with agency staff to create compelling accompanying graphics and video.
- Thorough understanding of lifecycle marketing and how to move prospects down the funnel, mostly through digital media.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We’re a young company experiencing rapid growth, and that comes with lots of change and newness.
- Jedi-level communication skills for crafting messages that sing.
- Creative, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve.
