Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at Bounce, you will play a pivotal role in the development and management of strategic partnerships with key players in the travel and service industries. This position involves building relationships and successfully closing impactful partnerships with organizations across various industries. Furthermore, you will collaborate with our investors and network to define and execute our overarching partnership strategy.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Drive and establish the initial processes for forming partnerships at Bounce.
- Initiate and negotiate partnerships with major players in the travel and service industries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define material, quality, and service requirements and standards.
- Take ownership to comprehend and propose optimal partnership terms, considering relevant financial metrics.
- Collaborate closely with growth coordinators, regional managers, and product teams to ensure partnerships are aligned with overall business objectives and product enhancements.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy in collaboration with A16Z’s partnerships team and our leadership team, leveraging industry insights and organizational resources to drive successful collaborations.
- Create visual assets in collaboration with Brand Design and utilize resources to support partnership initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and mutual value.
- Collaborate with Bounce investors to identify partnership opportunities.
- Travel as needed to establish and nurture partnerships, attending relevant industry events and conferences.
