THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Strategic People Partner to support Bupa Aged Care.
We are one of Australia’s leading residential Aged Care providers with more than 50 care homes, supporting over 5000 residents, and you will be part of an amazing HR team that provides strategic HR guidance to our Regional Managers to deliver on their strategic people initiatives. There is a real opportunity for you to make an impact and difference in our people’s lives and contribute to the ongoing success of our Bupa Aged Care team.
In this role, your main focus is to enable business leaders to effectively manage and deliver the people strategy. To succeed, you need strong business partnering experience with excellent stakeholder management, the ability to look at all people-related matters from a holistic point of view, coach and enable leaders to be successful people leaders and have an empathetic approach to HR.
This is a permanent role and can be based in Melbourne or Sydney with hybrid work arrangements available.
