Create proposal from lead strategy planning, facilitate brainstorming concepts, and identity any areas that need improvement from client’s need and goal.
Conduct market research and analyze market and industry trends to improve our services and clients.
Leads and facilitate meeting to operational team and PM to transfer knowledge concept and ideas campaign based on client approval.
Make presentations for clients to show our proposal, ideas and findings to senior management and C-level executives.
Create and conduct research about product and service development and find partnership to enhance our service.
Create Profit and Loss calculation and Quotation related proposal we offer to client.
Create reports regarding pre sales activities and strategies for management review.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in business development, digital strategic planning or similar field.
Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, technical Lead, creative strategy or other advertising subjects required.
Experience leading brand strategy – developing a brand proposals from scratch.
You have a good understanding about Customer Experience in social media and Digital Experience in UI/UX concept in mobile apps and website 5. You have a good understanding of the digital landscape, social media, Ads website and mobile application technologies.
Have good understanding in budgeting and PL.
Good presentation skill and public communication with structuring a clear narrative and argument to sell creative ideas and strategies to the client.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English and create document with full English.
Have good analytical skill, communication skill, marketing skill, problem solving and leadership skill.
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Have Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (design) would be a plus.
Experience in prototyping tools and methodologies (design thinking, MVP, etc) would be a plus.
Educational Level: University(S1) any major, preferable in IT/Business
