We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Strategic Portfolio Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategically managing a portfolio of hardware and related software offerings, identifying, and closing potential gaps in our portfolio, and managing customer-driven development projects end-to-end to evolve and possibly revolutionize our portfolio for holistic cash cycle solutions. The successful candidate will manage CTCS’ development towards a successful hardware and software solution provider for holistic cash center and cash cycle solutions for the Central Bank and Printworks market.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master degree in engineering (mechanical, electric, software or similar), Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product/portfolio and project management.
- Strong knowledge of product development processes and project management, ideally for cash center and cash cycle applications.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills in English as well as at least one more language
- Proven track-record in motivating, inspiring and leading cross-functional teams without line management authority to achieve business and financial goals.
- Proven ability to develop customer projects, build customer relationships and steer projects under ambiguity
- Proven business acumen with demonstrated experience in business case building, budget planning and project steering towards target achievement in time and budget
- Experience in managing sub-contractors and partners
- Willingness to travel

Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive the strategic development of a defined segment of the portfolio.
- Analyze competitive positioning and market trends.
- Suggest a product development roadmap based on market analysis and strategic objectives.
- Develop business cases for new product developments and identify new product development opportunities.
- Define the value proposition of the products and ensure it aligns with customer needs and company strategy.
- Monitor the financial performance of the respective product portfolio segment and make strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Drive business development projects for the respective product portfolio segment.
- Collaborate closely with various teams within the organization including product management, R&D, sales, marketing and service to ensure alignment and execution of product strategy.
- Lead the introduction of new products in the market and to the salesforce.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, market positioning, and coordinate the development of marketing materials.
- Make informed ‘make or buy or partner’ decisions to optimize resources and maximize product success.
