Responsibilities:

ROLE DEFINITION

  • Coordinate management of multiple, related high-priority and/or high-risk projects where the project’s scope is aligned with key strategic initiatives. Lead project teams to deliver complex business, integration, implementation projects, and continuous improvement/lean efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply program and project management principles to manage scope, timeline, resources, stakeholders, and risk throughout the lifecycle of strategic initiatives.
  • Lead high-priority projects to achieve measurable business process improvements.
  • Providing technical training and guidance for continuous improvement on the planning, development and implementation of process improvement.
  • Utilise facilitation and consultancy skills to assist leaders in identifying growth opportunities and planning strategically.
