Description:

LEVEL EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE:

  • Seeks discrepancies and inconsistencies in available information; explains variances.
  • Organizes and prioritizes the sequence of steps to be taken to remedy the situation.
  • Identifies many possible causes for a problem based on prior experience and current research.
  • Quantifies the costs, benefits, risks, and chances for success before recommending a course of action.

Additional Information:

  • Coordinate management of multiple, related high-priority and/or high-risk projects where the project’s scope is aligned with key strategic initiatives. Lead project teams to deliver complex business, integration, implementation projects, and continuous improvement/lean efforts

  • Apply program and project management principles to manage scope, timeline, resources, stakeholders, and risk throughout the lifecycle of strategic initiatives.
  • Lead high-priority projects to achieve measurable business process improvements.
  • Providing technical training and guidance for continuous improvement on the planning, development and implementation of process improvement.
  • Utilize facilitation and consultancy skills to assist leaders in identifying growth opportunities and planning strategically
