Description:

STRATEGIC PROJECT MANAGER FOR SPECIALTY CARE – VIE CONTRACT

  • Location: Portugal, Porto Salvo
  • Target start date: 01/02/2025
    iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in Pharmaceutical industry, Commercial, Marketing or Science Consulting would be a plus.

SOFT AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Strategic thinking, pragmatism, digital savvy, analytical skills.
  • Great organisational skills, agility.
  • Great command of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Teams), AI solutions, ideally Thinkcell.

EDUCATION:

  • Master’s Degree in Scientific, Commercial, Policy field or similar.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic Planning to establish vision, strategic imperatives, priorities, governance and ways of working.
  • Lead Business Transformation and Modernization in Portugal, ensuring strong coordination with Iberia and other functions.
  • Lead Neurology pre-launch activities.
  • Drive Leadership Team agenda & ensure follow up of roadmap / tactics / budget.
  • Provide strategic, tactical and operational support to transversal initiatives supporting growth and innovation for Specialty Care in Portugal.
  • Support other launches and initiatives within Immuno & Rare Diseases/Oncology franchises.
