The Opportunity
As a Strategic Projects Analyst will contribute to developing a roadmap and annual portfolio of change projects across strategic, platform and risk & compliance. \
Working closely with cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end strategic initiatives and project delivery from inception to successful implementation, the Strategic Projects Analyst will contribute to developing the project delivery and change management frameworks, and ensuring all projects adhere.

You will make an impact by:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they align with company goals and standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports, reporting to executive and senior stakeholders.
  • Regularly monitor and report on project delivery progress to executive and senior stakeholders, including oversight of investment, status, risks and items for escalation.
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Support the development and implementation of PMO processes and best practices,
  • Build tools and self-learning guides to embed PMO capability across the organisation.
  • Manage PMO tools and software, ensuring they are up-to-date and effectively utilized.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Portfolio Analysis, PMO Coordination or similar role, in a corporate environment
  • Experience in financial services, investment or other regulated industries is highly regarded
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with proven capabilities in problem solving and driving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
