This role manages Strategic Revenue Management agenda for a respective market within a cluster (Romania) driving long term value creation and category growth through tailored pricing promo and mix strategies backed up by data and advanced analytics embedded into annual planning process and managed though S&OP+ cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic pricing – executing European and Cluster pricing strategy, translating it into local market environment (competitive set, local currency, details per brands/techs/SKUs), contributing to annual Unit growth plans
- Promotional strategy ownership – in line with cluster promo strategy and learnings, maximizing effectiveness of promotional budget and growth for a given market (working on most effective and ROI efficient promo mechanics for a given market per portfolio, brand, technology, preparing recommendation on promotional mechanism for sales, constantly analyzing promo mechanics to make them most efficient)
- Copilot Sales / Customer teams in Trade Terms Architecture design (align investments to partners and brands based on value proposition)
- Driving operational excellence – delivering data and insights based recommendations for a given market driving value creation and category growth
- Growth opportunity mapping – contributing to the process of identifying gaps and opportunities in a given market; brand or customer providing critical insights and driving them through S&OP+ cycle
- Act as point person for all efforts to enhance and leverage our business intelligence approach using sales and market data by leveraging technology, tools, analytics, process improvements, and management of the data
