Description:

Our client, an industry-leading chemical corporation, is expanding its team in Italy and is on the lookout for a driven Strategic Sales Manager. With a focus on saline-based product sales, this position is a prime opportunity for an experienced professional ready to drive revenue and expand market reach within key industries.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated expertise in business development or sales within the chemical industry, with a preference for experience in saline product sales.
  • Proficient knowledge of saline chemistry and its application across multiple industries.
  • Bilingual fluency in Italian and English, essential for effective client communication and team collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Proven negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a solid client-focused approach.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Italy and, as necessary, internationally.

Responsibilities:

  • Forge and cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of their needs, delivering tailored solutions that provide a competitive market edge.
  • Spearhead the development and execution of targeted sales strategies, aiming to capture revenue growth and enhance market share in Italy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing comprehensive expertise in saline products and their applications across various sectors.
  • Proactively research and analyze market trends and competition to uncover new business opportunities within the saline product sector.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and technical support, to ensure alignment on customer needs and product offerings.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business prospects, particularly within industries such as automotive, construction, electronics, and specialty chemicals.
