Provides strategic and operational sourcing support for Vanguard Australia. Serves as a strategic subject matter expert the front-end procurement process, supporting creation and delivery of category strategies aligned to business needs. Leading RFx activities, evaluating business requirements, identifying suppliers and vendors, leading negotiations, and establishing supplier agreements. Applying procurement expertise to optimize processes, continuous improvements whilst delivering against Vanguards business needs and leading value capture initiatives. Focused on increasing commercial outcomes of Vanguard Australia’s supplier agreements.
