This internship is your gateway to understanding the critical impact of sourcing within a global organization. You’ll be instrumental in shaping category strategies that deliver exceptional value to our customers.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Fluency in English: Both written and spoken.
  • Master’s Students: Ideally pursuing studies in procurement, supply chain management, or logistics.
  • Excel Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced skills required.
  • Data Analysis Experience: Preferred, especially with complex data sets.
  • Positive Attitude: Assertive and proactive approach.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Continuous Learner: Enthusiastic about learning on the go.
  • Passion for Procurement: A genuine interest in the field.
  • Creative Thinker: Interest in communications and innovative solutions.
  • Availability: Looking for a student to join us for four days. This is an internship to gain experience and not a research/thesis internship.

Responsibilities:

Your role will involve working on one or more projects tailored to business needs and your talents and interests. Responsibilities may include:

  • Market Analysis: Conducting market research to support strategic decision-making.
  • Supporting Buying Events: Assisting with RFQs, allocation recommendations, and contract negotiations.
  • Driving Productivity: Utilizing cost modeling and value stream mapping to enhance the value chain.
  • Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to identify and implement simplification projects.
  • Supplier Reviews: Preparing for and participating in supplier performance evaluations.
  • Performance KPIs: Developing and maintaining key performance indicators for categories and departments.
