You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that accurate and complete hypotheses are taken into consideration in order to win profitable projects at tender phase.
• Advising Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field.
• Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems.
• Sourcing specific ERPs, processes, and tools. Review and improve processes. Work on special initiatives.
• Getting quotations and negotiating with dedicated providers according to specific policies.
• Achieving the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
• Working with Strategic Sourcing team members to identify the best supplier strategy based on specific project requirements.
• Assuring to provide best price and LT references for Projects costing complying with customer requirements.
• Working with Application Engineering to clarify any doubts arising from the bill of materials and give response to supplier queries.
• Ensuring proper hand off between Sourcing ITO and OTR, identifying and properly managing all deals risk factors.
• Floating Inquiries, Offer Analysis and Comparison of Terms.
• Achieving Cost Out through Negotiations, Consolidating Requirements and Good Vendor Relationship

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Have minimum 4 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Have minimum 4 years of experience in tender and Sourcing.
• Knowledge of Oracle or any ERP is a must.
• Have Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Have Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Able to influence others and lead small teams
