Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and create a RFP for sourcing activities
- Negotiate with vendors to drive the best possible Savings and commercial T&Cs
- Negotiate hourly rate for Professional Service works referencing on a rate card
- Review the contract and provide commercial inputs and negotiate the contract terms with suppliers
- Work with various stakeholders from different functions and legal to finalize contract.
- Prepare deal summary for commercial approval
- Contract management in Ariba by creating Contract Workplace with deal summary
- Work with VBL and legal closely on renewal of expiring contracts and contractors hiring/renewal
- Review spend analysis report and identify future opportunities to create project pipeline
