In this exciting role at the heart of our Supply Chain you will further develop our Regional Toll Manufacturing strategy for Taste & Wellbeing Operations in Europe. We operate in a environment with high-growth goals, increasing complexity, volatility and diversification in customer demand. Toll manufacturing is one of the strategic levers to reduce between production capacity and capability and customer demand.
We are looking for a professional who can contribute to the strategic positioning of Toll manufacturing, ensures strategy execution, leads a team and can improve our processes in this field. We believe tolling will support us to deliver Customer Experience.
You will be based in Naarden (NL), Dortmund (GE) or Budapest (HU) and report directly to the Head of Supply.

You will:

• Relationship management: you select new subcontractors including negotiation on price, terms and conditions. You build successful business relationships with subcontractors, including regular visits. You also build relationships with key stakeholders within Givaudan, such as Commercial, Operations, Demand Planning, Supply Planning.
• Concept and strategy design: with your knowledge, experience and network you align with Operations and Commercial on our portfolio and on main-drivers which help to decide which part of the portfolio gets subcontracted and to whom.
• Monitoring Goals: you make sure performance indicators are made, met and measured to ensure our customers get their order on time in full, whilst ensuring competitive pricing and contributing to safe and sustainable operations.
• Project management: you will lead projects, like identifying and improving projects to keep the tolling library up to date. Also you participate in projects whenever Tolling expertise is needed.
