Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Strategist, Social Media and Content for a permanent full-time position.
Reporting to the Senior Specialist, Social Media and Content, the Strategist, Social Media and Content will be responsible for developing and implementing communications and social media strategies for Groupe Marcelle’s various brands: Watier, Marcelle, Annabelle and CW Beggs and Sons, on all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn).

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies for each brand to increase visibility, engagement and conversions, in collaboration with the Senior Specialist.
  • Content Creation: Design original and engaging content, including images, videos, text and visuals, in harmony with each brand’s distinct aesthetic and voice. Create Reels, TikTok, behind-the-scenes content and more. Copywriting in French and English.
  • Account Management: Oversee and maintain social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.) for each brand, ensuring a regular and relevant presence.
  • Monitoring and Analysis: Constantly monitor social media trends, online comments and conversations, and analyze performance for continuous improvement. Track KPIs and other analysis metrics.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative and sales teams to align social media objectives with overall corporate strategy.
  • Calendar Planning: Develop editorial calendars, plan publications/captions and promotional campaigns to maximize impact. This, with the help of a social media coordinator.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to comments, direct messages and mentions, and foster positive interaction with the online community. Manage each brand’s community to increase engagement and interaction. Integration of UGC content.
