  • Supports field sales organization by developing and maintaining sales data and related business intelligence.
  • Lead / co-lead various workstreams aimed to develop new strategies for auto pass-through revenue growth
  • Monitors trends and tracks results via actionable reports.
  • Applies knowledge of business and balanced judgment in interpretation of data (analytics).
  • Demonstrate an understanding of and the ability to analyze quantitative information presented in a variety of formats.

THE SKILLS YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related discipline required.
  • Ability to leverage technical expertise and manage relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results
  • Looking for someone with agility (in terms of pivoting between quantitative and qualitative tasks). Also looking for someone that is versatile, strong interpersonal skills, and hungry to launch a career in a Fortune 500 company with excellent growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of quantitative and qualitative analysis and research methods
  • Strong communication and relationship building/management skills.
  • Eager to learn the inner workings of the business unit while interacting with various levels of sales organization to support program objectives, identification of market growth opportunities and competitive landscape

Base Pay Range: $47840 - $65000 USD
An individual’s position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
