JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Strategy Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our organization’s strategic direction by conducting in-depth research and modeling, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and help drive business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience with Stella systems modeling is required. Experience in consulting is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or similar).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
- Systems Modeling: Complete the CleanChoice systems model and iterate as requested.
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform strategic decisions.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of the company’s strategic plans, including long-term goals and short-term initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management that summarize findings and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including finance, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address potential challenges and barriers to strategy implementation, providing innovative solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for process improvements and strategic adjustments.
