In your role as Strategy Analyst Intern (m/w/d), you will be one of our first employees and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our company as we redefine and capture a significant share of the D2C service wellness/beauty market. You’ll work alongside serial entrepreneurs with experience in building and successfully exiting previous ventures, gaining unparalleled insights into scaling a business from the ground up. From setting up the backbone of our analytics infrastructure to introducing actionable KPIs that empower teams, this role will give you the opportunity to directly influence high-impact decisions. Whether it’s collaborating on strategic projects or analyzing critical data to unlock growth opportunities, your contributions will help shape the future of our business.This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a strategic role or eventually become a founder her-/himself.
Aufgaben
Data Management: Support the setup of our data warehouse, ensuring a solid foundation for analytics and decision-making.
KPI Development: Develop and implement KPIs to enable teams to steer effectively and improve performance.
Investor Reporting: Nail stakeholder-tailored communication by preparing reports and presentations for investors.
Project Management: Take ownership of project management tasks on selected strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analyses to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Profil
Educational Background: You have graduated in business, engineering, data science, or a related field from a renowned university.
Relevant Experience: You have prior work experience and relevant expertise in data analysis, gained through a high-growth startup, consulting, or similar roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL is a must. Experience with Looker Studio (or other data visualization tools) is a plus.
Analytical Mindset: You have a strong understanding of numbers and are comfortable leading your own analyses and projects.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
