The Strategy Analyst will conduct in-depth research, analyze data, and provide valuable insights to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

DESCRIPTION

  • Conduct extensive market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends evaluation to identify emerging opportunities and risks. - Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to extract key insights to drive strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain deep industry understanding including market dynamics, customer preferences, and regulatory landscape. - Collaborate with several teams to develop and refine strategic objectives and long-term business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Support the development of business cases by conducting feasibility studies and evaluating potential partnerships. Report and present progress and insights to partners and senior management. - Establish key performance indicators and metrics to track the progress and effectiveness of strategic initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.

  • 8+ years of proven experience as a strategy analyst, management consultant, or a similarly analytical role

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability to transform data into actionable insights, business plans, and a long-term vision
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience working with data visualization tools
  • Excellent research skills to gather information from various sources and assess its credibility and relevance
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field is required.
  • English proficiency, both written and verbal, is required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or Tableau
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, build influential relationships across structures
  • The highest level of integrity, honesty, and accountability in all that you do, every single day
