OpenText’s Digital Organization is seeking an experienced strategy professional. As a Strategy Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the organization’s growth and strategic initiatives. You will leverage data to inform business decisions, solve complex problems, and support the development and execution of long-term strategic plans. Your insights and analysis will help identify growth opportunities, and support key digital technology and business initiatives in support of the broader OpenText.
Responsibilities:
- Data-Driven Analysis: Gather, review, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Strategy Development: Create strategic plans to align with business objectives, technology trends, and competitive landscape.
- Performance Monitoring: Support the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the success of strategies, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the Chief Digital Officer as well as partnering with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer success) to drive strategy development and execution planning.
- Business Case Modeling: Build models to assess the viability and impact of strategic options and initiatives.
- Industry Research: Conduct thorough research on trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to guide business decisions.
