The Renewables Generation Assets Platform’s (RGA) Plat Strategy & Acceleration Department is intending to recruit a Strategy and Acceleration Consultant.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
- A minimum of 5 years in strategic planning, management consulting, corporate development or a related field, with a proven track record in driving high-impact projects;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus;
- Exceptional analytical, structuring, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams and coordinating large-scale, complex projects;
- Advanced knowledge of PPT, financial modeling, data analysis, and project management tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, MS Project);
- Strong leadership and team-work qualities with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization. Excellent presentation skills with experience in delivering high-level insights to executive teams;
- Experience working in international environments and a solid understanding of global market dynamics;
- Availability to travel abroad.

Responsibilities:
- Act as an internal consultant/PMO for cross-functional, high-impact projects within the organization, such as CAPEX & OPEX optimizations, strategic reviews, large-scale implementations, support for external negotiations, and the development of new services utilizing existing assets;
- Drive and facilitate organizational change/acceleration projects, ensuring collaboration across the platform’s various activities;
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives within the organization, ensuring the successful implementation of the platform’s objectives, while providing a global, high-level view of regional initiatives, consolidating, and monitoring progress;
- Lead or participate in market intelligence and benchmarking analysis, supporting the strategic steering of the platform;
- Support the leadership in the development of strategic initiatives of the RGA Platform;
- Promote the sharing of best practices from strategic initiatives within the organization.
