What You Will Do:
As a Strategy and Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting facilitation of client interviews and workshops aimed at gathering organizational requirements towards achieving mission outcomes. The Strategy and Change Management Consultant will also work with clients to analyze business problems and develop solutions that drive positive results. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Support the Delivery Lead in large and small client meetings to gather both internal and external requirements, assess barriers to implementation, develop strategies to adjudicate and/or prioritize organizational requirements
  • Conduct research, analyze data and draft reports to provide insights and recommendation
  • Draft executive leadership briefs for the client or advise communications through ongoing complex organizational transformations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
  • Must be able to independently travel within the Tysons Corner area to meet with employees, prospective candidates, and Federal clients.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT security clearance
  • Experience in data management strategy
  • Experience in federal acquisition and supply chain management
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Ability to adapt quickly and respond promptly to new information and changing scope in various environments
  • Advanced proficiency with common office software tools (e.g., MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience developing and redesigning processes to meet evolving business requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and contribute as a team member
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
