Team Overview:
You will lead the product work-stream for a high profile strategic project with strong exposure to C-level stakeholders

Role Responsibilities:

  • Formulating & execute on a winning product strategy against uprising ride-hailing competitors
  • Leading the development of new ride-hailing product categories to strengthen platform PMF
  • Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including product manager, data scientist, marketing to drive execution across the organization
  • Leading, inspiring and building a team of talent, fostering a user-centric work environment

Role Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in product development or strategic planning, e.g., tech, consulting (McKinsey benchmark: approximately senior associate to JEM level)
  • Chinese and English as working languages, Spanish is good-to-have but not required
  • Open to temporarily base at Latam market to connect with local team and users
