APS 6 - PROGRAM MANAGER, STRATEGY AND TRANSFORMATION

  • Contribute to and coordinate branch-wide initiatives and programs
    The Library is seeking to fill an ongoing Program Manager, Strategy and Transformation (APS 6) role in the Strategy and Transformation Section of the Collaboration Branch.
    We have an exciting opportunity to join a small and dynamic team within the Collaboration Branch.
    As the Program Manager you will oversee the collation of information and data from various sources, identify areas for improvement, and supervise staff with the implementation of innovative solutions.
    You will also be responsible for overseeing the work of others and contributing to the delivery of services across the branch. This includes supporting the branch’s continuous improvement programs through both participation and management. The Program Manager will also undertake a range of projects with limited direction supported by the leadership group.
    To succeeded in this role, you will have experience with customer liaison and data analysis in a cost recovery or business environment.
    Qualifications in Business or Data Management are desirable.
