Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Strategy Associate. You will work closely with our senior leadership team developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive our technological and business goals. This role offers substantial growth and a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in the start-up ecosystem and our company’s scale-up phase. You will play a crucial role as we progress through Series A and prepare for our first satellite launch this year. Your role will involve the following responsibilities:

Strategic Implementation and Steering – Implementing plans to drive strategic initiatives forward, steering alignment with constellr’s company goals and the rapidly evolving EO data market.
- Business Development and Acquisition – identifying and pursuing business development opportunities and leading acquisition strategies to expand our technical capabilities and market reach.
- Stakeholder Management – Managing relationships with external partners, including investors, collaborators, and customers whilst representing the company in high-stakes meetings and industry events, requiring travel where needed.
- Project and Portfolio Management – Overseeing a constantly changing portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and taking disruptive actions to drive substantial strategic, operational and cultural changes.
- Innovation and Thought Leadership – Staying up to date with the latest advancements in climate technology and contributing to thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations
- Executive team support – Identifying challenges and mitigating them before they arrive, representing the CEO & COO and acting as a gatekeeper to ensure they can be as efficient as possible. Preparing workload material, meeting agendas and de-briefing.
Location – This position is based in Munich, offered on a hybrid basis requiring a minimum of 2 days per week on-site in our Munich office.
