At Hive, we’re building the leading operations platform for independent commerce. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Strategy Associate to support our Chief Product Officer (CPO) in further elevating the product, design, and engineering organizations and building out our product offering. This role is key to ensuring that our vision is effectively executed across all levels and functions of the organization and that strategic initiatives are implemented with precision.
YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a highly driven person with a strong foundation in business, product, or a related field. Ideally, you have experience in a product or product-adjacent role, are familiar with the dynamics of high-growth tech environments, and bring a sense of what makes products successful.
Responsibilities:

- Data-informed decision making: Conduct data analysis yourself across a variety or areas and work together with the team to pull together a clear understanding of our product success metrics, their tracking, and help augment product decision making; be a sounding board to the CPO with sound research
- Optimizing operational efficiency: Take a proactive approach to streamline processes within the Product, Design, and Engineering teams, for example managing business and product reviews incl. required documents and follow-up items; also in close collaboration with our VP Engineering and Head of Design
- Enhancing cross-functional collaboration: Act as a bridge between the CPO and both the team and wider organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities and objectives, surfacing decision needs where relevant and supporting with ad-hoc data analyses and research
- Preparing and facilitating meetings: Actively prepare and support documents and material for team- and org-wide meetings, incl. required analysis and research
Managing high-impact projects: Lead and take a variety of (ad-hoc) strategic projects from concept through execution for the Product, Design, and Engineering leadership, and jump in on occasional ad-hoc initiatives where more PM support is required, also supporting in e.g. the hiring process
