Responsibilities:

  • Executing assignments in the area of:
  • Value propositions defining the appropriate service model for a specific customer target group, covering products, processes and channels
  • Strategic option analysis for complex decision making, e.g. scenario and benefits and cost / effort comparisons
  • Operating Model review and (re)design outlining how the organization can best be organized to deliver on the strategy and objectives
  • Organizational (re)design and transformation with focus on Target Operating Models (including Governance) and maturity assessments
  • (Regulatory) impact assessment
  • Problem root cause and resolution analysis
  • Impact assessments exploring strategic themes or concepts (such as e.g. industry developments, regulations) and a plan of approach to address the required changes
  • Strategic alignment defining the mission and vision of an organizational entity to provide strategic direction, a prioritized roadmap and team engagement
  • Stand-alone business cases and data analysis
  • Translate overall transformation strategy for the product lines into short & longer-term business objectives and quantify business outcomes & budgets.
  • You set the standard for your expertise area and are responsible for contributing to developing, innovating and safeguarding knowledge in the field of your expertise.
  • You own and develop the methodologies (templates, documents etc) to support Target Operating Model or other type of assignments, to ensure re-use and leverage in-house expertise
  • You tackle complex business challenges based on a good understanding of our strategy, organization, Way of Working and IT architecture. You tackle these challenges by organizing deep dives and/or assessments throughout the organization with, including assessing the current state, identifying issues, defining the future state and drafting clear recommendations.
  • Develop, maintain & monitor the contribution of the product lines, sales and Operations towards the overall strategic roadmap. Create alignment across tribes/the wider organization on strategic themes to this end. Actively manage external/internal stakeholders and create commitment and engagement to the transformation.
  • Supporting the Head of Transformation Management in drafting clear presentations on various topics for senior management up and until MBB-level.
  • Proactively manage projects reconciling various stakeholders’ agendas, anticipating issues and providing quantitatively backed up solutions. You provide high quality information to drive informed decision making as a trusted advisor.
  • Translate overall transformation strategy for the product lines into short & longer-term business objectives and quantify business outcomes & budgets.
  • Manage designing high/strategic impact transformational program architecture, development and refinement of multiple solutions.
  • Ensure integration of key activities or projects across the wider organization. For this purpose coach the organization in improving (agile) maturity for delivery on chain level.
  • Develop, maintain & monitor the contribution of the product lines, sales and Operations towards the overall strategic roadmap. Create alignment across tribes/the wider organization on strategic themes to this end. Actively manage external/internal stakeholders and create commitment and engagement to the transformation.
  • Assure progress by tracking dependencies, milestones and critical path to ensure successful delivery of the transformational objectives; actively help managing issues and impediments.
  • Supporting the COE Lead Transformation Management in coordinating ad hoc/high priority requests from Senior management and improvement initiatives.
