Strategy Consultant

We are currently seeking a Strategy Consultant to join our team. As a Strategy Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to develop business strategies based on personalized customer experiences. You will partner with C-level executives to plan and execute their initiatives, leveraging state-of-the-art enterprise technology. You will also be responsible for managing consulting projects and coordinating with other Tahzoo teams to ensure successful delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management consulting role, with a focus on strategy and business transformation
• Highly proficient in defining business requirements, analyzing processes, and driving change
• Strong background in product marketing and feature definition
• Demonstrated experience in change management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions
• Record of success in leading complex projects from inception to completion
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  Salary range: $80-110k
  Compensation will be determined based on your level of experience.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed project requirements
• Document and communicate requirements clearly to cross-functional teams
• Conduct in-depth analyses of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Work closely with product development teams to define key features that align with business goals
• Ensure that features meet customer needs and provide a competitive advantage
• Identify and evaluate potential solutions to business challenges, using data-driven analysis and creative problem-solving
• Present and advocate for the best solutions to stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Lead the execution of these plans, ensuring timely and successful completion of initiatives
• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, or strategies
• Leverage your management consulting background to provide strategic advice to executive leadership
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations that drive business growth
