We are looking for a Strategy execution director to join our growing team. In this role you will work closely with people across different countries and functions. You will proactively and independently drive various initiatives. You have a curious mind and are an independent thinker.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • 5 years of experience with strategy execution, related role in a multi-country set-up
  • Experience working within management consulting
  • Ability to work with all areas of the business. This role will involve collaboration with all functions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset; ability to thrive in a fast-pace and entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities:

Design and execute a detailed strategy implementation plan, ensuring it aligns with the Epassi’s groupwide strategic goals.
Recognize and resolve any obstacles or issues that could impede the effective implementation of strategic plans.
Ensure smooth coordination and the integration of initiatives about all functions
Conduct periodic assessments and reviews to evaluate the success of the strategy implementation plan, adjusting it when necessary.
Offer guidance, support, and necessary resources to teams executing strategic projects.
Create and implement performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate the success and outcomes of strategic initiatives.
Develop and roll out an operational model for the Group, including establishing effective management structures and meeting cadence, rolling out relevant forums, and clarifying decision-making in a matrix organization.
Bring the matrix organization to life in a complex multi-country and group function landscape.
Establish an annual calendar for key group activities and processes.
Develop and document key processes and ensure their rollout.
Lead the Group’s annual risk review and collaborate on the ISO certification process.
Work closely with the entire Extended Group Leadership team.
