Description:
This role is responsible for supporting Licensing & Retail (L&R) strategic business planning, facilitating the design prioritization process, and leading prioritized projects, as determined by key stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS

- Synthesizing insights from consumer data, industry trend and qualitative and quantitative research to drive concept development and business results
- Experience working with brand marketing teams
- Agency RFP development preferred
- Licensing and retail industry experience preferred
- Collaborate with Business Process and Operations Director to facilitate asset approval process.

Pay Range:$97,300 - $119,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Planning:
- With Sr. Director of Strategy and Operations and Sr. Strategy Manager, lead cross-functional efforts to develop L&R’s overall growth strategies with leadership team
- Support development of the yearly strategic prioritization roadmap, tracking tools, and project timelines
- Strategy development includes but not limited to new retail concepts and development, channel and geographic expansion, L&R collaboration with brand marketing activations, and product and key category strategic growth plans
- Assist with implementation of prioritized strategic initiatives to expand brand presence in new and existing markets. Understand category and brand strategies and identify opportunities to improve L&R strategic alignment with brand teams
- Conduct secondary market research including market trends, consumer behavior, global industry/category benchmarking and competitive landscape to support L&R strategic plan and new concept development.
- Design Prioritization Process:
- Partner with design and L&R stakeholders to ensure design briefs are aligned with team objectives and clearly articulate business requirements.
- Receive project briefs and review with Sr. Director of Design for resource allocation and strategic alignment.
- Manage design prioritization meeting with Sr. Director of Design and L&R Leadership.
- Collaborate with Business Process and Operations Director to design asset approval process.
- Project Management:
- Lead and/or support prioritized projects, including leading cross-functional project teams. Demonstrate strong project management and problem- solving skills.
- Support the development of L&R communication materials, including team onboarding tools, strategic plan documents, and general L&R updates.
- Support strategic development and execution of key internal (quarterly townhall) and external meetings (annual licensing show and summit).
