Description:

YTL-Sea Digital Bank Project is seeking a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity and want to transform the banking space. You’ll be part of the Strategy team, working with key stakeholders to directly build digital bank and roll out groundbreaking banking products. You will be working very closely with C-suites and product teams to define the bank’s strategic direction, go to market strategies and product roadmap. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact to the future of banking in Malaysia.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years experience as a problem solver
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong financial modelling and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of tech. Fintech and consumer internet industries are preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and conduct research/studies on overall macro environment, industry/market overviews, competitive landscape industry trends
  • Driving the development and execution of the bank’s overall strategy and strategic initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end projects involving cross-functional teams, including project management against success metrics
  • Leverage on data and insights for effective and efficient GTM, providing proactive engagement, execution and customer-oriented strategy speed to execution, iteration and improvement
  • Anticipate needs and working together with respective teams to identify opportunities to create as well as optimize processes and systems
  • Monitoring key growth metrics and identify ways to grow either by new models or optimizing existing initiatives
  • Data driven to uncover new insights about our users that could inform teams of new strategies to grow
  • Ideal candidate should be able to execute complex analyses with minimal guidance
  • Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results
