As a Strategy & Operations Manager within the Trade Innovation team, you will focus on building and accelerating the growth of our advertising and media products. You will shape the future of advertising within our ecosystem and unlock new growth opportunities for our company. Location: King’s Cross, London. Hybrid working applies, 4 days in the office, 1 day at home per week.
Responsibilities:
- Own a roadmap of initiatives to build and improve new advertising products and revenue streams.
- Conduct experiments and A/B tests to build the right monetisation strategy and go-to-market plan for new products.
- Design, implement, and optimise processes across the business to improve agility and accelerate innovation.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with teams including product, marketing, sales, and finance to drive alignment and execution.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success and effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment
