As part of the Strategy & Transformation function, you will join our Strategy Partner Team of 7 colleagues. The role reports into the Vice President of Strategy & Transformation and is based in Billund, Denmark .

Specifically, you will:

• Work closely with the C O O and the O perations leadership team to drive the ir strategic agenda
• Collaborate with the other S trategy P artners and across functions to drive critical projects, strategy formulation , and problem-solving
• Ensure strategic initiatives progress and track well
• Constructively challenge and provide sparring to senior leaders on strategic topics to improve decision making
• Translate the O perations strategy into simple and clear communication for the C O O to share with his senior leadership group and o rganisation
• Support the C O O i n ensuring his leadership team meeting s and processes are run well a nd driving effective and efficient decision making
• Prepare materials on behalf of the COO for input and / or decision-making from the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors

Working for the C O O, you will collaborate closely with his leadership team and broader organisation . You will help run Operations leadership team meetings and support the COO’s strategic agenda while also engaging with your peer Strategy P artners to drive cross functional collaboration and end - to - end thinking.
