Description:
The Strategy & Planning Leadership Program (SPLP) is a 36-month rotational experience consisting of four assignments designed to build a strategy skill set, preparing participants for their first off-program assignment in the Strategy & Planning Organization. You’ll leverage expertise in both engineering and business, providing opportunities to expand competencies in both functional areas from day one. You’ll work with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, finance, technology, design, and manufacturing specialists to deliver critical projects that improve profitability.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a graduate student enrolled in a full-time MBA program, with eligibility to work full-time before October 2025.
- A minimum of 2 years of business or engineering experience.
- Ability to think critically and navigate ambiguity; must display intellectual curiosity.
- Passionate about mobility product strategy.
