ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Design and Implementation. You have good knowledge of designing and implementing strategies.
Portfolio Management. You possess solid knowledge of portfolio management, ensuring effective prioritization, follow-up, and risk balance.
Business Development and Innovation. Your broad knowledge of business development and innovation methodologies and solutions will drive our strategic initiatives forward.
Project Management. You have previous experience from managing projects, preferably in a large global organization or environments.
Relationship Building. You are excellent in building networks and impactful and influential relationships.
Leadership and Operational Skills. You have set strategies, executed plans, and delivered results, showcasing your leadership and operational experience.
Meeting Place. Preferably you have experience from meeting place business or from the retail industry.
Digital Solutions. Experience from digital solutions and tools supporting business development initiatives.

You will lead and develop the innovation portfolio within the planning area to maximize value creation in line with our value creation goals. Your daily responsibilities will also include translating complex tasks into simple solutions, networking with influential partners, and inspiring the implementation of our strategic direction across the organization. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing portfolio management with clear prioritization, follow-up, and risk balance to ensure a balanced portfolio that supports implementation.
• Identifying and facilitating cross-team collaboration and prioritizing from a holistic perspective to create synergies and a shared strategy.
• Collaborating closely with the Business Planning team and other key stakeholders regarding strategy implementation.
• Ensuring a unified approach for initiatives and activities that support the execution of our direction through updated commitment plans.
• Engaging, inspiring, and guiding the implementation of the strategic direction within the planning area.
• Ensuring goal clarity to facilitate effective measurement of success.
• Collaborating with the portfolio team for development and alignment to increase efficiency and impact.
• Contributing to the management of the strategic landscape, frameworks, methods, and tools.
• Contributing to the development of our direction in close collaboration with the Strategy & Insight Manager.
