Description:
Title: Strategy Senior Analyst
Department/reporting to: Office of the CEO, reporting to the Chief of Staff.
Location: Bristol, UK
Salary: £65,000-£75,000
As a founding member of the Office of the CEO and our Strategy team, you will
play a key role in shaping and executing our company’s strategic vision. Reporting directly to our Chief of Staff, CEO, and other senior executives, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights and recommendations to support our strategic planning initiatives.
This role requires the ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive our corporate strategy and achieve our Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business analysis: Complete business and market analysis to support fundraising
efforts and business strategy
- Strategic development: Contribute to the ongoing development of our corporate
strategy by developing strategic business plans, competitive analyses, business
cases, and data-and-insight driven recommendations to our executives
- Cross-functional support: Collaborate with our business units, including sales
and product management, on strategic and market research to help them achieve
their goals
- OKR tracking: Contribute to the management of our company OKRs by tracking and analysing company data
