In the Business Strategy Senior Manager role for Latin America, you will orchestrate a lean & coherent end to end Strategic thinking and business planning process for the region (LRP, ABP, OKRs), working cross-functionally in coordination with global office and partnership with Finance teams.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
- +5 years of experience in Consulting companies, in strategic planning roles
- Demonstrated decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate complex information, weigh alternatives, and make strategic choices that drive organizational success.
- A strong history of effective stakeholder management, with an emphasis on building and fostering relationships across all organizational levels, including executive leadership, teams, and external partners.
- Robust strategic vision with a competency in setting long-term goals aligned with the company’s mission and values.
- Superior communication skills that enable the articulation of intricate ideas clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Expertise in crafting top-tier documents such as strategic plans, analytical reports, and compelling presentations tailored for diverse audiences.
