YOUR BUSINESS

The Business Banking division offers a wide range of services and solutions to our small to medium enterprise customers, corporate businesses and our regional and agribusiness customers.
It comprises national distribution channels as well as product houses with end-to-end accountability for product management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Play a key role in the day-to-day management of the Stream Working Capital portfolio of customers and supporting the Specialists in Account Management
• Utilise the Stream Platform to optimise the customer experience, identify trends and manage risk.
• Onboard new customers on to the Stream Platform and coordinate settlement meetings with customers.
• Work closely with the Credit Quality Assurance team regarding report outcomes and recommendations
• Provide supporting analysis and reporting for the Senior Manager Working Capital Portfolio Risk
• Support the Business Banking teams in managing customers and the preparation of annual reviews
• Provide supporting analytics across the portfolio to help identify growth opportunities (e.g. facility increases)
• Support the identification of emerging risks across the portfolio and work closely with specialists and risk teams to help understand and address these.
• Other related projects that relate to the Stream Working Capital product.
