Responsibilities:
We are looking for an individual who is confident, friendly, approachable, honest, and self-aware to join our team as a Street Based Youth Worker, where you will engage with young people on the streets of Ramsey and the north of the Island.
In this role, you will build positive relationships with young people, direct them to local provisions, and provide community-based activities. This role is crucial in shaping the future services for young people based on their views and needs. The work you do with our young people will be carried out on their terms, and you will be guided by their moods and situations.
