Our Edinburgh office is situated in the heart of the bustling city centre, with panoramic views of the castle, gardens and Princes Street below. The office is always alive with activity as it houses a 65-strong team consisting of mechanical, electrical, civil, structural and support teams. The office’s open plan kitchen and staff break out area often plays host to our team’s socialising time, whether it’s over a morning coffee, lunch or after work unwind.
We are seeking a driven Structural Engineer with 0-4 years of experience to join our Edinburgh office.

You will work on a wide variety of design-led projects spanning multiple sectors, including, Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Defence, and Leisure. Our projects range from cutting-edge, zero-carbon new builds to large-scale public sector refurbishments, all with a focus on sustainability.
As a key member of our Structural Engineering department you will contribute to project delivery, from design to construction, ensuring quality and efficiency in your work. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver innovative structural solutions. Work with materials such as steel, concrete, timber, and masonry, while ensuring compliance with UK building regulations. Gain experience across diverse projects, including refurbishment and retrofitting of listed buildings. Be supported in your career development, with opportunities for training and attending industry events.
What We’re Looking For:
- 0-4 years of experience in structural engineering, within a consultancy.
- Proficiency in structural design software
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teams and clients.
- A passion for sustainable design and innovation.
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
- A degree in Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
