Structural Engineer

Successful candidate should have structural design experience in concrete, steel and timber engineering with emphasis in Canadian Seismic Design requirements and be able to communicate effectively in English. The successful candidate will start by demonstrating structural engineering competency within the firm and gradually develop into a leadership role with the TLSE team.
The candidate will be responsible to carry out structural design of buildings with concrete, steel and timber. He/she is expected to be knowledgeable with the Building Code as well as Canadian material standards. Software skills in using software such as ETABS, SAFE and SFRAME with solid understanding of computer generated output is essential. Canadian Seismic design of buildings in both static and dynamic methods will be part of the job requirement. Ability to use AutoCad and/or Revit is a bonus.
Candidate must possess a Canadian accredited BASc degree or equivalent and 3 years of Canadian structural engineering experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
